To register and use RM25's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registering your RM25 account. RM25 enforces a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to confirm this requirement.
The RM25 platform operates exclusively for users in Malaysia. You must have an active Malaysian phone number and a valid local Malaysian payment method to register and carry out transactions.
All information submitted during RM25 registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Registering under a false identity or using another person's information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination.
You may not register with RM25 if you have previously been banned or excluded from the platform, or if you are an employee or immediate family member of an RM25 employee.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one RM25 account. Holding more than one account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated, with any balances held therein forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your RM25 account password and login details confidential. RM25 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including your partner or family members.
If you suspect that your RM25 account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. RM25 will take prompt action to secure your account upon receiving such a report.
RM25 will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone. If you receive any such request, it is a phishing or fraud attempt. Contact RM25 support immediately and do not disclose your account details to anyone.
RM25 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All payment methods available on RM25 are legitimate and recognised in Malaysia.
The minimum deposit at RM25 is RM25 per transaction. There is no generally imposed maximum deposit limit, though daily limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification level. All deposits are credited to your RM25 account in under 30 seconds once payment is confirmed.
RM25 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the same name as the player. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in your account being suspended while verification is carried out. All funds deposited into RM25 must originate from a legitimate and lawful source.

A wagering requirement (rollover requirement) is the minimum amount you must wager from your bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a minimum of RM1,000 before withdrawing any funds associated with that bonus at RM25.
RM25 reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion if the company determines that there has been misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system. This includes opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, the use of automation software, or any other dishonest methods.

RM25's maximum liability to any member in any situation is limited to the total amount of actual deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. RM25 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
